About the Coalition

The California Nursing Coalition unites nursing organizations and organizations representing nurses across California to strengthen the state's nursing workforce. Charter ratified in June 2026, CNC operates on a one-vote-per-member governance model and is currently in its founding phase — building the infrastructure and relationships that will guide its work for years to come.
